Over the past 9+ years, I've built products from zero to thousands of users, led cross-functional teams across multiple time zones, and transformed ideas into award-winning products. My approach combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution—I don't just design, I build, ship, and iterate.
Leadership, for me, means creating clarity in ambiguity. I've learned that the best products emerge when teams feel empowered to make decisions, when information flows transparently, and when everyone understands the "why" behind what we're building.
This philosophy helped me scale Producter to 3,500+ users across 18 time zones, win industry awards, and raise funding—all while maintaining a culture where people genuinely enjoy working together.
